Caly provides productivity, calendar management, scheduling, collaboration, and AI-powered features.

You agree not to:

• Use Caly for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Services.
• Interfere with the operation or security of Caly.
• Use automated tools to abuse, scrape, or overload the Services.
• Use the Services to distribute malicious software, spam, or harmful content.

4. Calendar and AI Features

Certain features may integrate with third-party services, including Google Calendar and AI providers.

You authorize Caly to access and process the information necessary to provide these features on your behalf.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information generated through AI features.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

• Subscription prices are displayed within the Services.
• Payments are processed by Polar and subject to their terms and policies.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing or subscription offerings at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Caly and its content, software, branding, logos, and technology are owned by Caly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for their intended purposes.

You retain ownership of the content and data you create or upload to Caly.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Caly and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use poses security, legal, or operational risks.
• We are required to do so by law.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Caly available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caly and its affiliates, founders, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Caly during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
